My passion is midcentury mosaic; as a researcher and photographer I have accumulated an inventory of thousands of images, both decorative and architectural. Over the past 20 years I’ve traveled and studied while building relationships to access many rare archives of mosaicists’ private works.

This detective work takes a long-term commitment to the genre, and that’s why clients have referred to me as “Columbo” and “Miss Marble”

I have a trained eye to uncover tell-tale clues that can assist identification, the small details that can be lost on someone who is not a mosaicist. I work professionally providing contextual and technical evaluation of mosaic works, which can reveal not only value, but a worth—a mosaic DNA—which is of great value to the collector and to the legacy to the history of American art and craft. I work on a project basis.
